About this site
This notice covers rigmd.ca, the Canadian website for RigMD. RigMD is fleet maintenance software from TruckerPro, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A RigMD account is a TruckerPro account, so the account itself falls under the TruckerPro privacy policy.
What the request form sends us
Submitting the request form gives us your name, company and work email, a phone number if you add one, your country, the size of your fleet, the plan you picked and anything you write in the message box. Our email provider, Resend, delivers it to our sales inbox so we can answer. If that delivery fails, the request is saved in our server log instead, so nothing you sent goes missing.
We use those details to reply and, if you go ahead, to open your account. They are never sold, and asking a question does not put you on a mailing list.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit and which pages are useful. Our tag turns off Google signals and ad personalization, and on this site it reports only from rigmd.ca. It records the pages you view, an approximate location, the kind of device and browser you use, and whether the request form was sent, but never what you typed into it. Google’s browser add-on lets you opt out, and Google explains how it handles data in its own privacy policy.
Hosting, logs and cookies
Cloudflare delivers the site and Railway hosts it. As with any web server, they see your IP address and the details of each request in order to serve pages and stop abuse, and our server keeps request and error logs for a short time. Each company describes its practices in its own privacy policy: Cloudflare and Railway.
rigmd.ca does not set cookies of its own. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to tell one visit from another.
